I, the undersigned, hereby assume all risk of injury or harm as a result of any mental illness or other life crisis I experience during the Water Walkers season. I hereby agree to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge Water Walkers ministry and Highline Christian Church from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage to the undersigned. Definitions Adult: An individual who has attained the age of eighteen (18) or more. Church: A body or community of individuals united by the profession of the same faith. Christian: Individual professing faith in Jesus Christ as LORD and Savior. Counseling: Means to counsel or advise someone. Mental Illness: The disorder of the mind that could be of emotional or physical origin. Prayer: A form of spiritual communion with God. Prayer Warrior: An individual who engages in spiritual communion with God. Season: The period of time during which a Prayer Warrior would pray for a Young Person. Young Person: An individual who is receiving prayer through Water Walkers and who is between the age of twelve (12) and twenty-eight (28). I agree to the above. Δ
